RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All products purchased from www.binamad.shop can be exchanged / returned within 15 days only if:

• The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
• The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you ordered.
• There will be no return or exchange of any dress / cloth if the flyer sealed is opened.
• Customer should claim the exchange within 15 days time if there is any defect in the piece.
• Pictures are shown on the website and real dress may have slight differences in color because of the lighting effects in photo-shoot.
• Sale item(s) or product purchased under discounted price or through voucher can be exchanged however return and refund policy is not appilcable on such orders.
